1. Select Edit>Delete from the top menu.

 

2. Left-click on one of the component already placed.

The component is highlighted to confirm the selection, right-click>Oops to change the selection, if required.

 

3. Left-click again anywhere on the board to delete it.

The component is deleted from the board, but not from the component database.

 

4. Right-click>Done end the Delete command.

 

5. Move your mouse over any component. Use the Tab key until the Symbol is selected.

(Check the Find if Symbol doesn’t appear as an option through the tab cycle)

 

6. Right-click>Unplace component to delete the component from the board.

 

7. Place>Components Manually can be used to place the components back in their original location, once you have completed the replacement, right-click>Done

(This step is not essential since the board from this section will not be saved)

 

8. Select File>Exit from the top menu.

 

9. Left-click>No when asked to save changes.
