The following labs will take you through the process of creating a PCB design suitable for flexi rigids. The creation of multiple stackups that are applied to zones (cross section by zone) which allow for dynamic placement and routing without the need for additional routing and placement keepout areas. Including all relevant mask layers that are required for PCB fabrication of this type of design such as coverlays, stiffeners and adhesives which allow users to send correct data for manufacture.

Accurate 3D representation of a rigid flexi can allow users to understand the bends and thicknesses of a design to ensure a right first time design.
