  • authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Transfers outside the UK

Some of our service providers and software vendors are based, or store data, outside the UK (for example in the European Economic Area or the United States). 7. How long we keep personal data

  • Enquiries, quotes, contracts and correspondence: up to 6 years after our last contact or the end of the contract, in line with UK limitation and tax record-keeping periods.
  • Website security and rate-limiting data: only as long as needed to protect the site, normally no more than a few days.

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

10. Whether you must provide personal data

Providing personal data through our website is voluntary. If you don’t provide the details requested in an enquiry form, we may be unable to respond. If you buy from us, we need certain details to fulfil the contract and meet our legal obligations.

11. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects.

12. Cookies

Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies and similar storage. These are needed for the site to work securely and do not require consent. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
